For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. International shipping varies by destination but generally arrives within 7-10 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer customization or stitching services for unstitched collections?
Yes, we offer premium stitching services for our unstitched collections. You can select the 'Stitched' option on the product page and choose from our standard size chart or provide custom measurements.
What payment methods are accepted at Noor By Saadia Asad?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan. For international customers, we accept all major Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and secure bank transfers.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please note that customized or stitched outfits cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting during professional photography and variations in screen resolutions, slight color differences may occur.
